Elopement Linville Gorge

Brittany married Riley Lewis on the most gorgeous day, November 11th 2019 at Linville Gorge. The sun was shining and they were greeted with a soft mountain breeze. I arrived to do Brittany’s hair and makeup at the cutest mountain house in the Linville area. Brittany and Riley got ready for their elopement together spending the morning drinking coffee, playing with Riley’s son and telling me stories of their relationship. They are one of the warmest couple’s I’ve ever had the pleasure of being around.  They spoke about and to each other with such a softness, that I found to be very admiring. So admiring, that I am trying to make it a practice in my own marriage. They truly had an amazing day sharing and committing the love they have for each other and Brittany even writing vows for Riley’s son. You will see it for yourself in the pictures below.

For Brittany’s makeup we went with a soft natural glowing skin look that I think complimented the mountain atmosphere beautifully. For her hair she left it down and we did very soft curls and added a braid to compliment her veil. The mountain wind ended up softening the curls even more and I think it looks beautifully wind blown in their pictures.
